Corrine Turner-Jacob has been a special education teacher for 14 years. She believes that all students have a right to a free and public education through best practices. As a special education teacher, she offers her clients a wealth of knowledge of alternative teaching strategies, patience, and an understanding of how to differentiate learning for your unique child! Corrine has worked and co-taught with a wide range of K-12 students both with and without special learning needs. Corrine believes that our students are struggling with reading and writing and inclusionary practices for a variety of reasons: lack of funding, teacher education, low teacher:high student ratios, lack of support staff and support staff training and a change in the Common Core Standards. With ProgressivEducation, your child will be able to increase his/her reading levels, improve their writing skills or be wholly included into their general education classroom!

Corrine lives in Northglenn with her husband and two young boys. She enjoys reading, quilting, hiking/camping and running.
